At Cambridge Satchel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted leather bag; if you are not, you can return your item within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your satchel in its original dust bag and protective box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our workshop.
